DIRECTIONS:

From Route 2094 (aka Marina Bay Drive), at 1500 Marina Bay Drive, Turn onto Admiralty Way.  (FYI, on the corner is the big Watergate Yachting Center sign; also, this is close by to the West Marine Store.)

Go straight on Admiralty Way, past the condos on your left. Immediately after those condos, turn Left into the parking lot. You will see (almost directly in front of you) the Windward SeaVenturefloating office, on Pier 3.
