LOCATION: WATERFORD HARBOR Marina – 800 Mariners Drive, Kemah, TX  77565 

                                 PIER 15

DIRECTIONS: From Route 2094 (aka Marina Bay Drive), at 1500 Marina Bay Drive, Turn onto Admiralty Way.  (FYI, on the corner is the big Watergate Yachting Center sign; also, this is close by to the West Marine Store.)

Go straight on Admiralty Way.  Just before the Stop sign, turn Left onto Mariner’s Drive and drive to the Sundance Grill Restaurant.

Park in the Sundance Grill’s parking lot or large parking lot close by.

Walk down to the dock, Turn RIGHT and go to Pier 15.

On Pier 15, go all the way to the end… to the large Blue luxury yacht, “La Vida” You can’t miss it!
